Our Refund Policy
If you are not happy with your content, you get two free rounds of revisions.
If for some reason you require a refund (such as placing an order for 1,000 words but you meant to purchase 500 words), you will be refunded in credits that you can apply to further purchases. Each credit is worth one US Dollar.
The credits will be maintained in your account for you to redeem whenever you need them!
If you need to cancel an order but we’ve already started working on it, no refunds will be given.
